In everything we do, every day, our mission is to make life better for our residents. At Seasons, the North Shore’s premier memory care community, we have created a safe and welcoming environment where nurturing caregivers recognize each resident as a special and unique individual. Seasons is uniquely designed to support seniors with Alzheimer’s and dementia. Just because an individual may suffer from physical challenges or memory impairment does not mean they have lost their spirit. Our goal is simple: to make a positive difference in people's lives by creating a special place where residents can thrive and where families can have peace of mind.
L ocated in a quaint neighborhood in the town of Danvers is Seasons – the
premier assisted living community specializing in memory care on the North Shore. At Seasons of Danvers, we approach the needs of our residents in a holistic way. With our approach, we believe we can maximize the abilities and minimize the losses of those in our care. We know the health of our residents is paramount, but the quality of their social day is equally important. With that in mind, we have developed meaningful activities for our residents that duplicate, as much as possible, the experience of living at home. A day for a resident at Seasons of Danvers will have a flow to it that allows for rest, normal day-to-day activities, spiritual enrichment, exercise, healthy food, plenty of laughter, and fun–all delivered in a safe, clean, and supportive environment.
Our Memory Care Program
We at Seasons of Danvers believe that options should be available to all of our residents. To that end, Seasons of Danvers has designed a program that appreciates abilities, celebrates moments, and gives residents the flexibility and freedom to thrive at their highest level. The science behind our program is compelling and our staff will assist you in finding the activities that are perfect for your loved one. In addition, our staff helps residents use technology and creativity to stay connected to family. As part of our innovative program, our residents benefit from continued learning, innovation, and the latest in Alzheimer’s care. Using the Montessori approach, we create sensory experiences tailored to each resident’s interests to remind them of the daily activities they’ve always loved. Our residents are not just patients– they are people, and we treat them as such. That’s why we center our care on six pillars: promoting positive well-being, honoring choice, enhancing dignity, empowering the resident, improving the quality of life, and supporting independence. Our compassionate staff takes the time to know each resident’s story, so that they may live the next chapter happy and fulfilled.

Getting to Know Your Loved One
From learning about your loved one’s favorite vacation to sharing their love for pizza, we take the time to know each and every one of our residents. When your loved one stays here, you both will have meaningful relationships with our exceptional staff and a strong support system. We train our staff in communication and cultural sensitivity in order for them to provide the best care for your loved one. Our staff talks to the resident, not around them so they always have a voice in their care. We also know that memory care is never a linear path, and are open to change with our residents. With an emphasis on incident-prevention, we adapt our routines and programs to fit the needs of your loved one safely and quickly.
