All care and services are included in the monthly rate.* Apartment Styles Shared: Starting at $7,500 per month Studio - Small: Starting at $8,900 per month Studio - Standard: Starting at $9,400 per month Studio - Large: Starting at $9,850 per month Studio - XLarge: Starting at $9,950 per month Additional Fees One-Time Community Fee: $3,000 Respite (Short-Term Stay): $275 per day Enhanced Level of Care ** : $500 *Incontinence supplies and diabetics supplies are not included in Level of Care. **Enhanced level of care includes care of residents who have impairments that affect multiple ADLs requiring maximum assistance of two from direct care staff with transferring or mobility and/or maximum assistance from direct care staff with eating.
